By creating an account or using WholeBite ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WholeBite provides general nutrition information and wellness coaching only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App operates under TGA Exclusion 14B (general wellness / behavioural change for dietary intake) and does not diagnose or treat disease. Always speak to your GP, accredited practising dietitian, or specialist about medical conditions.
You must be 16 or older to use WholeBite. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.
Your first week of WholeBite is free and requires no payment details. During that week you have the full app, including a weekly meal plan written for you.
After the free week, WholeBite Pro is a monthly subscription. Nothing is ever charged unless you subscribe, and where your app store offers a free trial on that subscription, its terms are shown to you before you confirm. The subscription renews monthly at the price shown when you started, until you cancel. One free week and one free trial per person.
Logging, your targets and your weigh-in history remain free whether or not you subscribe.
On the web, WholeBite Pro is billed via Stripe and you can cancel at any time from Profile → Account → Manage subscription. In the iPhone and Android apps it is billed by Apple or Google under their billing terms, and is cancelled in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period already started.
Meal logs, photos, voice transcripts and notes you submit are yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service (compute targets, run the Health Agent, generate plans). We never sell your personal data.
Don't reverse-engineer the app, scrape the food database, or use the API to spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms; we'll notify you 14 days before material changes. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
